This Fair provides non-professional artists, professional artists and businesses with a chance to exhibit, promote and market their works. In addition, the Fair operates a network program for creators, buyers and consumers, in order to develop domestic and overseas sales channels of the handcraft market and further develop the handcraft culture.

COEX convention and exhibition center and Coex Mall is located in the heart of the city and the central business area. COEX is a destination for business, shopping, entertainment and more. The center was built in 1979 and expanded and reopened in 2000 to include 225'000sqm of convention space over eight levels including four underground for parking.
