2. Yeonhwa Tralee Park

   Originally a normal neighborhood just like any other, Yeonnam-dong recently saw an increase in the number of young artists and designers who call this place home. One by one, the streets began to fill up with unique shops, drawing in more and more visitors with each passing day.

3. Hongik University Street

   Hongdae is a neighborhood known for its youthful and romantic ambience, underground culture, and freedom of self-expression. Unique cafes, cozy galleries, accessory stores, fashion shops, live cafés and clubs, art markets, and gourmet eateries make this a popular hang-out for local youth and a fascinating place to walk around. These unique places plus the cultural events, street performances, and festivals held here make Hongdae an area that is always packed with people and excitement. 

4. Mangwon Market

   Mangwon Market is our local traditional market. It’s nothing fancy like Gwangjang Market downtown with its rows of food stalls, vintage section and Hanbok section but, Mangwon Market has some good eats and it’s within close proximity to Hongdae and the Han River so it’s easy to stop by, grab some food and be on your way.

5. Leeum Museum

   Three buildings make up the composite complex. MUSEUM 1 of Leeum is devoted to the exhibition of traditional Korean artwork. MUSEUM 2 of Leeum showcases modern and contemporary works by both Korean and foreign artists. Finally, the Samsung Child Education & Culture Center supplements the two Museums by contributing to the cultural education of our future leaders.

6. Gyeongnidan Street

   Gyeongnidan-gil road is 1km-long, sprawling out up Namsan Mountain from the Armed Forces Financial Management Group to Sowol-gil road. The Armed Forces Financial Management Group used to be called the Armed Forces Central Gyeongnidan, where the name of the road orignated. With Namsan Seoul Tower on its northern side and bustling Itaewon area on its southern side, Gyeongnidan-gil road has now become a prime destination for all food lovers due to the vast selection of quality international cuisine and coffee available.

7. Itaewon

   Itaewon is where the cultures of east and west collide. It remains Seoul’s largest multicultural district and is a virtual magnet for shoppers on the hunt for styles and sizes reminiscent to what they would find back home. Everything from athletic apparel outdoor hiking gear luggage tailor-made suits accessories and baseball caps to a dizzying array of antiques and traditional souvenirs - you can find it all here. And for a relatively cheaper price too.
